This position is responsible for providing detailed leave information to members of the University community regarding the Virginia Sickness & Disability Program (VSDP), Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Virginia Tech leave polices. The incumbent serves as a resource to our clients to help them interpret the policies and ensure that they are in compliance so that their leave is used and tracked appropriately.
